Eco School
The Eco Schools Programme is an environmental management system for schools. It promotes environmental awareness through linking issues to curriculum areas. It aims to involve the whole school community in enhancing its environment and encourages the school to become more actively involved in the wider community.

The programme is divided into nine sectionss, culminating in an eco-code which is a statement of the schools commitment to environmental good habits. It promotes teamwork and communication, treating one another and the world around us with the respect they deserve.

It is a prestigious European Environmental Award that leads us towards a sustainable lifestyle. We currently have Green Flag Status. We are proud to have just achieved Green Flag status for the 5th time. October 2009
