Mr Phillips graduated from Edge Hill University knowing he wanted to pursue a career in a school environment surrounded by passionate and dedicated educators. He is proud to work at Our Lady’s, where he strives to create a calm, vibrant, and nurturing classroom where children feel safe, supported and, most importantly, happy. Building strong, positive relationships with both pupils and parents is central to his approach.

Outside of school, Mr Phillips enjoys a wide range of sports, including football, cricket, golf, and padel. He is a proud Manchester United supporter and loves to travel and explore new places whenever he can."
