Due to our ongoing commitment to safeguarding, Our Lady’s R.C. Primary School has made the decision to stop using X (Twitter) as a platform for sharing and celebrating our successes.
We, alongside our community within Salford Diocese, are becoming increasingly concerned around the nature of content shared on the platform, including political material and the frequent use of artificial intelligence.
We will continue to share all the wonderful day-to-day activities of Our Lady’s through a new dedicated Facebook page, which can be found by searching ‘Our Lady’s Aspull’ or with the following link:

I am honoured to be the Headteacher at Our Lady’s R.C. Primary School. We are a very unique and distinct school who enjoy excellent academic achievements as well as developing each child into life-long learners, ready to make a difference in the wider community.
We expect the highest standards from our pupils in all aspects of school life, including their attitudes to learning and their behaviour. I work alongside a fantastic and committed staff team who are passionate, talented and strive to go above and beyond for our pupils.
At Our Lady’s, we strongly encourage a positive and active relationship with our parents, pupils, governors and the parish to ensure our children receive the best education.
As Headteacher, I am always available to make time to talk to parents, so please do not hesitate to ask or to make an appointment. I look forward to meeting you in the near future.
