Little Sleep Out (Fratelli Tutti)

During Lent 2023, our Y5 and Y6 children, gave up their own time to sleep overnight in our school hall. This was in aid of raising money for the homeless. It was important for children to put themselves in to the shoes of those that have no home. We spent the evening with Kath from Caritas, who we interviewed to find out about the work that they do to support the homeless. We also had time of reflection with prayer and worship and enjoyed graffiti around the hall, inspired by ‘homeless Jesus’ structures and paintings across the world.
