Year 1 have settled in to their new classroom very well. They have been building Mr Potato Head to remind us of our rules. Year 1 have been busy exploring the different areas, starting to learn about plants and the journey of water in our outdoor area. They also had fun in Bikeability at the start of the week! In Maths this week, Y5 have been using roman numerals and working on place value with numbers up to 10,000. They have enjoyed using their place value charts to support them with the larger numbers and exchanging. What a wonderful start to the new term!
